Returns and Exchanges
If your order has not already been shipped, we are happy to cancel your order within 48 hours of placement . At this time, I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item sent to you is damaged upon arrival. All prints are sent through USPS. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. If there is damage to your items, please let me know and we can work together to make it right. Each problem is dealt with individually. Thank you for understanding!
Payment
Payment is due at time of purchase. Items will not ship until payment has cleared. 

Sales tax applies to all California residents.
Shipping
All domestic items are shipped with USPS mail, which has a delivery time of anywhere from 1-6 days. All items are packaged in cardboard mailers and sent out into the mail 5-10 business days (sometimes earlier) after an order is placed unless otherwise noted in the listing. During the holiday season, please allow two weeks for processing in addition to shipping time. Once the package has left us, we cannot guarantee timing with USPS. 
At the checkout, you will have the option of USPS First Class Parcel (1-6 business days upon acceptance), USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days upon acceptance) or USPS Priority Express Mail (1-2 business days upon acceptance). As stated above, please allow 5-10 business days for processing in addition to the shipping time. 

Any prints purchased with PRE-ORDER mugs are sent at at the same time with the mug. If you would like to receive prints before the mug is shipped, please purchase separately. 

If an order has been returned to us because of an error in name or address, we will re-ship the item; however customers will be responsible for paying a second shipping fee to cover the additional shipping.

If an order has been marked as delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items.
Color Disclaimer
Monitors can reproduce colors differently. Because of this, I cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor will match your final pieces exactly.
